Account & Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your TrueCourse account and associated data by contacting support from the email address associated with your TrueCourse account.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@truecourseguidance.com with the subject line:
TrueCourse Account Deletion Request
In your message, please include:
- The email address associated with your TrueCourse account.
- A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your TrueCourse account and associated data.
What data may be deleted
We will make reasonable efforts to delete or de-identify your account and associated financial records from active TrueCourse systems, including account records, user-entered spending records, financial goals, settings, workspace membership records, and app-generated guidance associated with your account.
Limitations
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal obligations, security, dispute resolution, operational continuity, backup retention, audit records, or technical limitations. If you participate in a shared workspace, some workspace records may remain available to other workspace members or retained as necessary to preserve workspace integrity.
Timing
We will review deletion requests and respond using the email address associated with the request. During Alpha testing, deletion requests are handled manually.
